House Renovations

My wife and I have been making some improvements to our house.
In the back yard, we have removed a rotting privacy fence.
My wife has stripped the wall on the back of our house of old paint. We plan to repaint some time soon.
We have ripped up the carpet in out dining room and have replaced it with laminate flooring. It looks much better. Last night, i put up molding. I need to finish it off with some quarter round and the flooring transition pieces. If should be complete by the end of the week.

There are many many more projects to come as well.

Next month, I am thinking about replacing the two toilets upstairs because they run way too long.
